| FreeCertified Bingocize instructor Callie Trampe will be leading this exciting new class that combines functional exercise and the beloved game of bingo! If you are unsure of traditional fitness classes or want a fun way to get moving, try this new form of activity and mental exercise. Get moving and improve your physical, mental, and social well-being with Bingocize. This 10-week program is limited to 20 participants.
Mondays and Fridays beginning January 6 • 11:00 – 11:45 am • $5 voluntary contribution • Fitness Room
Bingocize is a 10-week program that requires consistent attendance from players. After the third session, no new players may join Bingocize due to weekly advances in curriculum. Anyone wishing to join Bingocize after the third session must wait until the 10-week workshop is concluded. A second workshop will begin in March 2025.
