For more than 53 years, The Hub on Smith has been dedicated to addressing the diverse needs of older adults and strengthening the Sheridan County community. Guided by our mission, “To celebrate, embrace, and serve older adults for the betterment of our community,” we serve more than 3,300 individuals annually through our Meals, Transportation, Family Caregiver, Older Relative Caregiver, Day Break Adult Day Services, Help at Home, Fun & Wellness, and Loan Closet programs.

More than a senior center, The Hub is a welcoming community resource where friendships grow, individuals find purpose, and meaningful connections are made. We believe that when older adults are supported in living healthy, independent, and engaged lives, families benefit and our entire community grows stronger.
