Winter Snowshoe & Cross Co Ski Outings

Join Callie Trampe and Steve Stresky for outdoor, winter activities! Four outings will be offered from January through February for skiing and snowshoeing. December is usually dry but check for impromptu plans in case we get a good storm!  Locations may include Sibley Lake, Cutler Hill, Antelope Butte, Pole Creek, South Piney, and Willow Park. Each trip will be confirmed a few days before, depending on weather and conditions – we may cancel or reschedule due to lack of snow, poor weather or road conditions. The outings are for those that have their own equipment and have at least beginner abilities, although there are options for local rentals. All the areas have groomed trails consisting of corduroy for skaters and snowshoers and set tracks for classic-style skiers. We’ll meet at the Hub at 9:30 to arrange carpooling, and will return by 4:30 p.m.
