BAMM! Chair Exercise

Moves focus on improving cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. The goal is to help participants maintain independence in daily life! Chairs are used to help with stability during class. All levels are welcome to attend.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:00am to 10:50am, $5 Voluntary Contribution, Fitness Room
