There are many qualities that we look for when hiring Help at Home employees. We keep a staff that is reliable, friendly, dedicated, and can work both independently and as a proactive team member. Help at Home staff become team members of the program, The Hub, the Community, and the team of care surrounding clients.

It is important that staff have a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a cell phone. The program does have vehicles; however, you may be required to use a personal vehicle to visit client homes (you will be reimbursed for mileage).

Becoming a Help at Home team member means joining a group of professionals and loved ones dedicated to serving older adults in individualized and safe ways to ensure their ability to live the way they choose for as long as possible.
