Since 1995, she has been dedicated to ensuring individuals receive the support they need as a navigator for Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace benefits. Her leadership extends to public service and civic engagement, having served on the Sheridan City Council, 12 years serving on the Sheridan County School District 2 Board, and has advocated on key legislative issues. Nancy is a founder of the North Main Street Association and continues to lead the organization as its Executive Director, working to revitalize and strengthen the community. Nancy has been a tireless champion for initiatives that uplift Sheridan residents and her impact is woven into the fabric of our community.
Mark Kinner exemplifies unwavering dedication to service and philanthropy.
Throughout his distinguished 40-year banking career, Mark was a steadfast advocate for fostering community investment. As a founder of the Sheridan Community Land Trust, he played a pivotal role in preserving and protecting Sheridan’s natural beauty for future generations. Mark served in the Wyoming House of Representatives for eight years in House District 29. Mark’s commitment to service now extends to spiritual support as an ordained deacon at Holy Trinity Anglican Church. In addition, he is shaping the future of local philanthropy as a founder of the Sheridan Community Foundation, ensuring the sustainability of the causes that strengthen Sheridan for generations to come.
Kay Wallick is a visionary leader and advocate for older adults, whose achievements are a testament to the power of community.
Kay’s dedication to creating a dementia-friendly community helped to transform Sheridan into a model for the nation through Dementia Friendly Wyoming, providing vital support for individuals living with dementia and their families. As one of the founders of Green House Living for Sheridan, Kay and a committed group of advocates, redefined elder care to ensure meaningful, person-centered living. She is also a champion for community health as a board member of the Whedon Cancer Detection Foundation and conservation through her work with the Bighorn Audubon Society.
