Meeting in person at the WYO Theater & on Zoom. Sign–up required. Max 15 exercisers in person. Same focus and moves as BOOM exercise class, except cardio portion done in a chair to be no–impact vs. low impact. All abilities welcome. Also led by BOOM Instructor Lisa Wells.
