Bicycles are available during the Summer season! We have eight bikes and two 3-wheelers available. Stop by the front desk to check one out. Thank you to the Elks Lodge for providing these for your enjoyment!

TAI CHI LEAD BY DAN ALDRICH
This gentle class lead by Dan Aldrich can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. Jump in on Tuesdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
GENTLE YOGA AND BALANCE CLASS WITH CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR CINDY BAKER
This balance and move class lead by certified instructor Cindy Baker is designed to increase strength, flexibility and to help people be more conscious of how they breathe. Standing or sitting in chairs participants can adapt movements to their particular body and abilities. Join us on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 10:30 a.m.
BAMM! WITH CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR ERIC FREY
Chair fitness with bands, balls, and weighted dumb bells. Designed for maintaining physical awareness for ADL (activities for daily living). Non-impact. Mon-Wed-Fri 10-11 a.m. $2 Suggested Contribution.
HAPPY FEET LEAD BY SHERRY MERCER, DANCE ENTHUSIAST
Put a little rhythm moving to the beat and there you have it – HAPPY FEET. Musical cardio workout. Mon 8-9 a.m.
BOOM! WITH CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR ERIC FREY
Non-impact circuit workouts with challenging movements to improve cognitive abilities and increased overall strength. Designed for those older adults with non-physical limitation. Begins Sept 11 Mon-Wed-Fri 9-10 a.m. $2 Suggested contribution. THIS IS A 3 MONTH PILOT PROGRAM.
Diabetes Prevention: This program helps adults at high risk for developing Type 2 diabetes reduce their risk by taking steps that will improve their overall health and well-being. This program can reduce the number of new cases of type 2 diabetes by 58%, and 71% in adults over the age of 60.
